Salt air is hard on anything mounted outside near the water. Where the camera goes, what it is mounted under and how it is sealed all make a difference. We will walk the outside with you and tell you where equipment will hold up and where it will not.
The alarm panel keeps running on its backup battery, and cellular backup keeps it talking when the internet goes down. How long the battery lasts depends on the panel and what is connected to it — ask us on the walk-through.
Yes. A keypad lock gives the cleaner or a rental guest their own code, and the app tells you each time it is used. You can switch a code off the day they are done.
