Sensors, cameras, locks and lights that work together and answer to one app — designed around your house, installed by people who live here.
A siren that goes off after somebody is already inside is the least a system can do. These are the parts that keep you ahead of it.

Door and window sensors, motion sensors and cameras tell you what changed and when — a door left open, a window that should be shut, someone at the gate.

A lock you can open from your phone means the kids, the dog walker or a relative get in without a key under the mat — and you can see when they did.

Lights that come on at dusk, or when a camera sees movement, make an empty house look lived in while you are away for the weekend or the week.
The alarm, the cameras, the door locks and the lights sit in one app, so arming the system, checking the front door and turning off the porch light are one tap apart.
Set the system when you leave and turn it off when you get home, from anywhere.
A notification the moment something changes — not an hour later.
Check the doors are locked and lock the one you forgot, from the same screen.
Every house is laid out differently. The system is built from these parts after somebody has walked yours.
Know when anything that opens, opens.
Cover the hallways and rooms between the doors.
Open, lock and check the door from your phone.
On a schedule, on a camera trigger, or on a tap.
We will walk the house with you, show you where each sensor and camera should go, and put a number on it — no charge, and no pressure to sign anything on the spot.

No. Monitoring is optional. You can run the system yourself from the app, and add monitoring later if you want someone watching the alarm when you are not.
Alarm panels carry a backup battery so the system keeps running through an outage. Ask how long the battery in your panel lasts.
They do not have to. Motion sensors can be chosen and placed so a dog or cat moving around the house does not trip them. Tell us about your pets on the walk-through.
Yes. The alarm, cameras, door locks and lights are in one app.
Often, yes. Many sensors mount without drilling, and a system can come with you when you move. We will tell you what works for a rental on the walk-through.
It depends on the size of the house and what goes in. We will give you an honest estimate after the walk-through, before you agree to anything.
