HomeWarehouses & Yards

A big yard.
Every corner covered.

Cameras, gates, alarms and lighting for produce warehouses, cold storage and trucking yards in McAllen and across the Valley — laid out for trailers, docks and a lot of fence line.

  • Perimeter cameras that know a person from a pallet
  • Gates that open for the right trucks and drivers
  • Loading doors watched and alarmed after hours

Built for the size of the property

A warehouse is not a big store. It has fence line, dock doors, trailers parked overnight and trucks at all hours. These are the parts made for that.

The perimeter and the yard

Cameras on the fence line, the trailer rows and the corners of the building, with person and vehicle detection, so an alert means someone is actually there. After hours, a detection can switch on the yard lights.

  • Person and vehicle detection along the fence
  • Lights that come on when someone is detected
  • Alerts only for the zones and hours you pick

Gates for trucks and drivers

The gate opens for a code or a card, with a camera on the lane so you can see the truck and the driver together. Give a carrier access for one pickup window and it expires on its own.

  • A code or card for each driver
  • Temporary access for a carrier
  • A camera on the gate lane

Loading doors and the building

Sensors on the dock doors and man doors, motion inside and cameras on each bay. You know when a door opened, who disarmed, and what came in or went out.

  • Sensors on dock and man doors
  • A camera on each loading bay
  • Openings and closings by person

Cold storage and produce
with temperature alerts

For produce and cold-storage warehouses, temperature sensors in the coolers can send an alert when a room warms past the number you set — in the same app as the gate, the cameras and the alarm. They are an early warning, not a replacement for your own logs.

Lighting

Yard lights on a schedule or triggered by a detection.

A plan for the whole property.

We will walk the fence line, the gate and the docks with you, show you where each camera and sensor should go, and put a number on it — no charge, and no pressure to sign anything on the spot.

Questions

Warehouse and yard questions people ask

Straight answers before anybody comes out to look at the property.

How far can a camera see across a yard?

It depends on the camera, the lens and the lighting. A camera can show that someone is at the far fence without showing their face. We will stand in the yard with you and tell you what each spot would really show.

Can the gate work with a code or card for each driver?

Often, yes. It depends on the gate and its operator. We will look at it on the walk-through and tell you what it would take.

Can the yard lights come on when someone walks in?

Yes, if the lights can be tied into the system. A person detected after hours can switch them on, and they can also run on a schedule.

Can you monitor the temperature in our cooler rooms?

Yes. Temperature sensors send an alert when a room goes past the number you set. They are an early warning for you and your refrigeration company, not a replacement for your own temperature records.

What about a yard with no power out at the far fence?

It depends on how far the power runs and what is out there. We will walk it with you and tell you what can be covered and how.

Do I have to pay for monitoring?

No. Monitoring is optional, and you can add it later.

Can we cover the property in stages?

Yes. Many owners start with the gate and the docks and add perimeter cameras later.
